A light lunch will be served (see the menu here) while everybody arrives.
If you would like to come earlier to get ready at the property with us, you are very welcome to do so.
Ceremony
4:00 pm – 4:30 pm
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
Exit & Group Photos
4:30 pm – 4:45 pm
We will exit together and take group photos with all guests.
Afternoon Break / Cocktail Hour
4:45 pm – 6:30 pm
Enjoy refreshments, music, Hors d’Oeuvres, ice creams and time to relax while the couple leave with the bridal party to take additional photos.
Reception & Dinner Party
6:30 pm – 12:00 am
Entrance: 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm
Welcome Toast: 7:15 pm – 7:30 pm
Dinner: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Speeches: During dinner
First Dances & Cake Cutting: 9:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Music & Dancing: 9:30 pm until the last person leaves
Notes for Guests
Please be seated by 4:00 pm for the start of the ceremony.
If you wish to arrive earlier than 2:00 pm to get ready at the property or settle in with other guests, you are more than welcome.
After arrival at 2:00 pm, a light lunch will be served before the ceremony
When you arrive, you’ll find wedding favors by the entrance to help combat the heat - please do help yourself.
Between 4:45 pm and 6:30 pm at the Cocktail Hour, drinks and snacks will be served while the couple takes photos.
